For a further breakdown by month, use the link below the chart. Please note that all of the statistics discussed on this page are for emergency calls and do not reflect the additional inspections, etc., that we also handle.
A list of notable incidents from last month is posted at the bottom of this page. This includes any fires, mutual aid sent, mutual aid received, task forces, etc. Things that are not included in this list are still alarms, individual ambulance calls, and motor vehicle accidents (MVA's). You can visit our glossary if you have any questions about what these different things are.

Last month Station Coverage was called 20 times due to high call volumes and Amherst was
unable to send an ambulance to 5 patients who needed an ambulance. |
- 6/7 Mutual Aid Received - Northampton Fire's ambulance came to Amherst due to high call volumes.
- 6/8 Mutual Aid Received - Baystate Health's ambulance came to Amherst's response area due to high call volumes.
- 6/9 Mutual Aid Sent - Engine 2, Ladder 1, and X-1 assisted with a structure fire on Carlon Rd in Northampton.
- 6/11 Mutual Aid received - Belchertown's ambulance came to Amherst due to high call volumes.
- 6/11 Task Force - Engine 2, Ladder 1, and X-1 were sent to Holyoke as part of a District 10 task force for a large scale fire in that city.
- 6/12 Rescue - Rescue 1 responded to West Bay Rd. along with A-15, Engine 2, and X-1 for an MVC with rollover and wires down.
- 6/14 Mutual Aid Sent - A-12 sent to Belchertown due to high call volumes in that town.
- 6/14 Mutual Aid Sent - A-12 sent to Belchertown due to high call volumes in that town.
- 6/16 Box Alarm - Structure fire on Ridgecrest Rd.
